    This modem is good but wasn’t fast enough for my connection the gigablast returned for the docsis 3.1 which can handle it

    Served me well for the last one and half years and today it is dead. Make sure to get Geek Squad protection on this device so that you will be most of your money back and will get a chance to choose another modem when this happens. I think this happened to all the modems that I bought so far, doesn't matter which brand or model.

    Comcast has a tight grip on their services. Calling the customer service line did not help. More importantly it was an easy return of product.
