Due to poor information from spectrum, I had to make a second trip back to the Niles Ohio store, 50 min. Drive one way. Had to upgrade this item, easy set up thank s to Geek Squad telling me what I needed to do when we found out I would have to exchange item. Thanks Best Buy.

this device is fantastic, I was stuck with slow download speeds with my ISP thinking the 150mbps plan wasn't working for me. yea, i game online. i realized the modem was throttling my speed. i went to BB and got this gear and my internet speed is now blazing fast. works at top speed.

My son plays a good amount of video games and we had the apple air port but somehow he experienced a good amount of lag. After the switch he hasn’t complained any. The app to monitor the router is pretty neat.

This modem works great with my Xfinity internet. It seems to perform better than the old modem I replaced at less than half the price.

This cable modem was easy to install, took about 10 minutes to complete setup with Internet provider. Have 3 to 4 IPads and Cell phones using Email & Streaming video with no buffering. I would highly recommend this product.

I had the same modem for 6 years so I bought the same modem again. No issues once I setup with my internet provider.

It's been running for about a month now on Xfinity, without a hitch. It is very fast, and there was no problem setting it up with the Xfinity technician, who just needed the MAC address (printed on the device) in order to connect it to their network.

I bought this to save the rental fee from cable providers. Easy set up, very fast!

THIS MODEM JUMPED ME TO WHAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR BUT NOT GETTING AT COMCAST. SPEEDS WENT FROM 50MBPS TO 250MBPS DOWNLOAD. SO WORTH THE PURCHASE! PLUS COMCAST CHARGES YOU TO RENT THEIR MODEM SAVE MONEY AND GET FASTER SPEEDS!

Not much to say, except my “old” modem (only 13 months old) died, and I got this Netgear modem and it works just fine, so I’m back online and a happy camper!

Bought this because it is an Xfinity compatible device for 600mbs but the box itself says it is compatible for up to 1.2 mbs. Just make sure to connect to the 5ghz connection point or else you won't get the fastest speed possible.

Paired this with my new orbi router and I get over 100 mbps. I wasn’t able to self setup so I called cox and took about 20 mins because of connections issues with the router. I did pair this modem with my old router and it improved my speed by 10mbps, but works perfect with the orbi router.

I have Xfinity, and this modem connected flawlessly!! Scan the barcode on box and youre up and running. Stable & reliable at 300 gig speed. Cannot beat for the price. I use with mesh network router with absolutely no issues.

We were renting a modem from COMCAST/XFINITY monthly. It was crapping out at least two times a day and taking several minutes to right itself. This modem was recommended to pair with COMCAST/XFINITY service. So much fast than what we had. It has only restarted once on us at a peak moment during a weekend. It works well with the router we already had. It was a good decisions for us.

Bought this to replace the modem i was renting from my ISP. It was easy to set up and works really well. I originally bought the Nighthawk modem to go with the router i bought but my internet wouldn't support it so I got this one.

I bought this so I don't have to use what Spectrum has supplied. It is working great! It took a while to set up. When the Spectrum installer was doing it, he cannot get it to work for at least an hour. After he left, I called Spectrum and got it working in a few minutes.

Totally saved us Christmas Day! Our service went out and this brought our internet up so fast!

Really strong improvement over my standard Spectrum modem. We were having daily outages which have dropped to once a week maximum and I attribute that to true Spectrum internet issues. Much better overall.

If your looking a for good modem with great speeds, here it is, this thing is a beast, when paired with the netgear nighthawk x6 ac3200 router, extreme coverage and stable connection and speeds, you will not be disappointed
