Easy setup, works great. Replaced a Soarklight modem and it is a night and day difference.

I have used this modem for Xfinity/Comcast service for the past 3 years. It works great, I haven't really had a problem with it dropping service. I would say once every 6+ months things get a little slow. When that happens I do a power reset and all the green lights come back. When you call and talk to Xfinity, just remember to provide them the MAC address and force them to keep at it from their side till it works. I have moved twice and both times service continued in the new place. Remember that when you call for support, their first response will be to blame it on your equipment. Just keep them honest and it will work.

I had a modem/router combo unit and it started having issues. Decided to get separate units and I'm so glad I did. This works great and speeds are super fast! I love it!

Have been using it for a few months now. It has been excellent. Way better than the modem Optimum provided me. It was very simple to setup, wish I got one sooner.

Worked out of the box as expected. Easy setup. I was up and running in less than five minutes. Netgear has yet to let me down. Works on Comcast without issue as advertised.

Really quick to set up, very basic instructions. Mild snag on the self activation, but nothing that a quick call to my internet provider couldn’t fix. Performs great.

This modem was easy to install on my existing network, is fast and the best part is that it replaced the Comcast modem I had been paying $10 per month for, for years!

Upgraded my internet speed and decided to stop paying the monthly fee to rent the modem from the provider. Although this is a little pricey it was in stock and was easy to setup.

This was an excellent purchase, as I had it for a year now. Otherwise I would have to rent it from my ISP. Basically if the modem survived longer than what you had to pay for rent then it's worth it. Also This modem takes veeery heavy abuse from me and my wife. We are using the internet all the time, play games online, video chat, etc. This modem occasionally needs to be rebooted but with the amount of use I think of it as normal maintenance. It has proven to be reliable and hands free after initial setup.

This is a great modem for those with needs for a newer modem. I bought this and a new WiFi router bc I was only getting 12MBPS speed on my WiFi when I was supposed to get up to 60MBPS. Come to find out I just needed to upgrade the WiFi router, and my 6-8 year old modem rated for speeds up to 150MBPS was still completely adequate. I even called my internet provider and found out 100MBPS internet was available for the same price I was paying for 60, so I upgraded, and my old modem handles those speeds just fine too. I was able to get the 60/100MBPS fine once I upgraded the router alone.
