My first one stopped working all of the sudden after maybe a month but was able to get a new one after exchange. This second one is working well but sometimes still has buffering. Overall, internet speed has improved at least.

This modem was perfect for my new xfinity service. It connected right away and made activation with xfinity a seamless process. Has worked great since setup. It has lost connection a couple of times but I blame Xfinity not modem. It reconnects within 69 seconds. Speeds have very consistent

I had a modem that was provided to me by mediacom before purchasing this one myself. That modem didn’t support 500mbps and kept randomly dropping our internet connection. This modem fixed the issue completely, gives us 500 mbps speeds, and does an amazing job at keeping that stream consistent. Definitely worth the money, especially when paired with a Netgear router as well.

Only modem comparable with our internet server . Works well no issues

Although it lacks integrated WiFi - you definitely don't need it - especially when you can get a better dedicated router separately. It runs perfectly with my 500 down plan. Only issue I had setting it up was getting Cox to properly activate it but that wasn't the fault of the modem itself.

I had a Xfinity modem rental for about 4 years and it was not operating as well as it used to. I decided to buy the CM700 and am very pleased with my choice. I paired this with the new Google mesh wifi system and I'm able to receive over 300 mbps! Before I was only able to get around 20-30 mbps, but I'm paying for a 300 mbps. Definitely worth every penny.
