Had a problem with the old model on a Comcast cable connection. Checked the rate with a speed website and I was getting something really sad like 1.2Mbps. Replaced the modem and now get the about 50Mbps I am supposed to get! Problem solved.

After my Wi-Fi stopped working I checked everything internet related in my house, even spent several hours on the phone with my provider. Decided to take matters into my hands instead of waiting for a tech to come out and went out to pick this up. Best choice in everything that happened. This fixed my problem and increased my speed all at the same time. Glad I went with this!!!

This unit was purchased as I already had a Netgear AC3000 wireless router for previous DSL service. I am not a fan of the carrier of DSL, so we finally decided to try cable. Thus the need. The speed has been reliable and the readiness of the unit has been flawless. Works very well and has good capability when paired with a wireless router. Highly recommended.

This modem boots up fast, offers blazing fast speeds, has a power toggle switch in the back, and can be up and running faster than Comcast's default abysmal tower modem/router combo unit. (I have Comcast) I've spent 6 months with this modem and I have zero issues to report. This is an easy buy.

modem works fine I do not need to see my name on the screen when I log in. Your system has me "stuck" in Homewood when I would like to shop at another Best Buy. Also you might want to enlighten your people that if I can't get channel 2(CBS) that I don't need a new TV, what I need is a UHF/VHF antenna.

Encounter problems with the Internet. I power it down the modem and router which did not resolve it, so contacted Spectrum and they indicated the ARRIS modem was acting weird. Things started to occur again on the second day, so Spectrum suggest that I replace the modem. Did not want to buy an expensive modem, so go this for $109.99 which was a fair price which has been fine so far.

No trouble with operation on a 200mbps connection.
Handles the traffic of 20+ smart devices at once like a champ.
Haven't had to reset it once over the course of a year.
Stylish enough but also doesn't stick out like a sore thumb
