This modem was purchased to replace an ISP cable modem rental. We've only been using the modem for 3 days now, but so far so good. We haven't noticed any change in speed when accessing the internet, uploading/downloading, or watching videos. Also, no issues connecting to the VPN.

We bought this to replace a rented modem that was dropping the connection 4-5 times per day. With both of us working from home, this was not acceptable. The Netgear modem syncs perfectly with the Netgear router that we already had, and so far has only dropped the connection once during a particularly windy day.

We all know charter sucks... it’s 1am you cant sleep and charter stops working. Got this modem (already have an upgraded router by netgear) and it helped with a lot of lagging problems. Don’t have too many issues anymore

Great modem, worth saving the monthly charge for Spectrum's all in one. Haven't had any issues in the modem since buying in March 2021. I just personally rather have full control over my network that use the modem / routers that the ISP's provide.

I bought this to replace my rented modem with Comcast/Xfinity. The Bedt Buy clerk was very helpful. This modem apparently is ready for the next generation of technology, keeping me ahead of the curve. Set up was no problem. I did have to call Xfinity but not a big issue.

Easy set up and works with COX Internet. Linked with Orbi.

one of those home network things that should just work and not have to think about. I upgraded service and needed new hardware. I wasn't going to pay the extra monthly rental fees from xfinity and this one worked just fine.

This Netgear DOCSIS 3.0 replaced an old Moto modem-router combo that was good in the day but not up to handling the traffic from all of our new devices. Setup was easy and the new modem was up and running in about 15 minutes. I coupled this modem with a new eero mesh network and now everything is super fast! A+++

This is a 32 channel downstream bonding and 8 channel upstream bonding cable modem. I purchased this modem because my Internet Service Provider required more channels for the 100 Gbps speed. It has room to upgrade the speed to 1400 Gbps.
