I was using the modem from my provider and was constantly having issues and all they ever wanted to do was give me a new modem. I work from home now and desperately needed a reliable connection. I took a chance on buying this modem after reading the reviews and am so glad I did. I admit I was a little concerned when I took it out of the box because it feels so light and flimsy. Install was easy other than issues with my provider. I've been using it about a month and my speed is so much faster and haven't had any dropped connections since. Would definitely recommend.

Modem performs well and serves purpose. First got this modem five years ago, which still works. Loved its performance so much that got a second one to set-up a relative's inernet. Easy to set-up and use. Well priced and worth the investment!

I’ve owned two of these units over the past 3 years, I broke one during my move. It is a super reliable modem that delivers excellent network speed. After setup, I never had to think about it.

Decent router, does stay slightly warm and does speed test as advertised I was small fans running on it as it’s in a cabinet

I bought this Cable Modem to replace the Modem/Wifi Router from Comcast, and connected it to a a Google Whole Home Network Mesh. Much faster performance than the Comcast Modem. I’m finely getting the Network speed I’m paying for.

This is a great modem—no issues with Xfinity, doesn’t slow down speeds coming in from the street, works well with routers—netgear and others. We have 500mbps service—this is perfect for that speed. Ours sits in a hot attic. Just keeps working.

Works great. We have a net gear nighthawk router so this paired well and communicates with it no problem. Our old one kept cutting out. Norton something model.

This modem is easy to setup and being an tri-band router makes it easier to connect a large number of devices to currently 16 on all 3 bands. Getting full speeds on 5GHz bands tested to a max of 215 Mbps down 22 Mbps up.

this is important , don't forget about your modem , if you modem in fast enough you will have internet issues, slow Internet :\ easy to use , anyone can setup it and its small size that is great

Decided to stop renting the cheap modems from cable company so I purchased this. It was very easy to setup and I actually noticed a decent speed increase. Plus its future proof. Well at least for a while.

This has changed our lives. The speed of this modem is fantastic. Especially when you have five people on at the same time. No more worries of having issues streaming videos and playing online games.

I replaced my Comcast router with this router to avoid paying their monthly fee. The speed seems faster and it is definitely more reliable. After several weeks, I haven't had to reboot my modem.
