This has changed our lives. The speed of this modem is fantastic. Especially when you have five people on at the same time. No more worries of having issues streaming videos and playing online games.

I replaced my Comcast router with this router to avoid paying their monthly fee. The speed seems faster and it is definitely more reliable. After several weeks, I haven't had to reboot my modem.

There really isn't much to say as there aren't many features/functions. The reliability is great, and the speeds are pretty much what the service you use is rated for.

This modem is exceptionally well constructed and delivers the necessary power and mbs necessary for high use from multiple users including game enthusiasts. ISP's change their modem hardware requirements often. Check with your provider to make sure your modem purchase is the right match for their system.

After having many issues with my internet providers equipment I bought my own Cable Modem. Best decision ever. Now I get full speed super fast internet for everyone in the house. No glitches or dropouts.

Connects to the internet. Great signal throughout my apartment. The ability to turn the blinking lights off is a plus. The app is the best part about it, makes it simple to configure to your liking.

This is a great modem—no issues with Xfinity, doesn’t slow down speeds coming in from the street, works well with routers—netgear and others. We have 500mbps service—this is perfect for that speed. Ours sits in a hot attic. Just keeps working.

The modem I received from Spectrum needed to be re-booted every day. Since purchasing this modem, things are pretty steady. Great modem for the price. Never any problems, easy to install.

I upgrade to my internet download speed O needed to purchase a new modem. Overall, the performance is good and most important, stable and get a constant speed to 150MB. Just plugged in and good to go.

And that's how good it is... Along with Google WiFi, this setup is noticeably faster and more reliable. Haven't had to reboot but once, and that was Xfinity going out for a minute...

Switched internet service provider to Grande Communications and bought this modem saving me at about $50 per month. Modem works great, easy installation and internet is much faster now.

Unsure of what type modem to buy I spoke with a Geek Squad member. He recommended this model after taking into consideration the specs of our computer, our internet use & speed and the type of router we had. We have a NetGear router so it is best to pair with a NetGear modem. Installation was not as easy as the instructions say. I had to use my phone to look up the self installation instructions and... "if I was having problems with installation-click here"... they kept referring me back to the initial set up page. Option 2 was "call your ISP", which I ended up doing. Less than 5 min. later I was up and running. I would have given it 5 stars if not for that. Have only had it a month. so hopefully, there will be no problems with it. NetGear usually has dependable products.

This was pretty easy to set and and way faster than my other modem. Remember there is no phone option for this modem. And I did have to call Cox and give them my Mac address before it would work.

Setup with ISP was simple all the rep needed was the MAC Address of the router. Finally getting the speeds we pay for without the throttle down.

easy setup, works with comcast. i pay for 100 mbps and normally get around 115 mbps. don't rent modems from cast or any isp. they suck and they throttle you.

The Item functions fine. Connects fine. Speed is stable.

Love this modem. does not take up to much space, worked great with my new Xfinity account. Definitely recommend
