This modem is fast and works without fail. No drops and it keeps up.

Encounter problems with the Internet. I power it down the modem and router which did not resolve it, so contacted Spectrum and they indicated the ARRIS modem was acting weird. Things started to occur again on the second day, so Spectrum suggest that I replace the modem. Did not want to buy an expensive modem, so go this for $109.99 which was a fair price which has been fine so far.

100% perfect! Works great! Loved the price. Highly recommend buying a router AND modem from Best Buy, instead of “renting” the “combo” device from your internet provider.

Very easy to set up, works flawlessly from the start

We bought this to replace a rented modem that was dropping the connection 4-5 times per day. With both of us working from home, this was not acceptable. The Netgear modem syncs perfectly with the Netgear router that we already had, and so far has only dropped the connection once during a particularly windy day.

We all know charter sucks... it’s 1am you cant sleep and charter stops working. Got this modem (already have an upgraded router by netgear) and it helped with a lot of lagging problems. Don’t have too many issues anymore

I bought this to replace my rented modem with Comcast/Xfinity. The Bedt Buy clerk was very helpful. This modem apparently is ready for the next generation of technology, keeping me ahead of the curve. Set up was no problem. I did have to call Xfinity but not a big issue.

This modem was purchased to replace an ISP cable modem rental. We've only been using the modem for 3 days now, but so far so good. We haven't noticed any change in speed when accessing the internet, uploading/downloading, or watching videos. Also, no issues connecting to the VPN.

This is a great router. Plenty of speed and easy setup

No trouble with operation on a 200mbps connection. Handles the traffic of 20+ smart devices at once like a champ. Haven't had to reset it once over the course of a year. Stylish enough but also doesn't stick out like a sore thumb

This Netgear DOCSIS 3.0 replaced an old Moto modem-router combo that was good in the day but not up to handling the traffic from all of our new devices. Setup was easy and the new modem was up and running in about 15 minutes. I coupled this modem with a new eero mesh network and now everything is super fast! A+++

Works great! Certainly helped chisel away at my Internet Bill. Just make sure you register this with your ISP before you try to plug it into the house and get it connected at home.

If you’re not getting close to the speeds you pay or have dead zones in your house. Ditch the crappy modem/router companies provide which you’re most likely renting (Like Cox, $10/month) and buy your own router and this modem. Once I did it increased my WiFi speeds and had no more dead zones.
