I purchased a Netgear Nighthawk router and this Netgear cable modem. Since hooking them both up I have eliminated gaming lag and streaming issues that I have had for several years. Great product!

Spectrum or used to be time warner charge for devices many years ago. Bought this to replace the older one to have the higher speed from spectrum and it works. Decided to continue to use my own even though they provide devices for “free” now... it is a hassle when returning those “free” devices.

It’s been over a year since we got the router it’s still running great no problems whatsoever. It was recommended to me at that time of purchase by a spectrum representative that was there at Best Buy

The netgear modem was easy to setup. I replaced a Agus modem that stopped working and the company is sending me a replacement. I think that I will keep the Netgear since it is now setup.

So far so good. Very smooth Modem. Originally bought a different brand that was shot dead after a week. This replacement has been working great for a few weeks now. Works well with my Netgear Router as well.

This works much faster than my old one. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Not to be overly dramatic, but this was indeed a godsend. Worked immediately with my IP (Comcast) and as you may know that is not the usual with Comcast. Easy setup / use No issues with my router - NETGEAR Nighthawk R9000 X10 running ddwrt firmware.

When I noticed how long the internet provider had me renting the modem for my internet service, I decided it was time to own it instead of renting one. This meets all the provider requirements and was easily installed,.

I bought this modem and it's doing its job. I have Spectrum cable and it was easy to connect it. I was connecting my internet for the first time and followed the step by step through the Spectrum website.

Helped complete my home WiFi upgrade, with this I had a faster connection than ever before.

This router was the perfect upgrade from the cm500 Netgear for my new Samsung Premium TV. Works perfectly with Xfinity no need to rent their equipment but you will need a modem I use the Netgear just make it simple!

The packaging stated that this modem is completely compatible with Xfinity yet it should state that the DOCSIS 3.0 protocol IS NOT compatible with 1Gig speeds. That speed requires a DOCSIS 3.1 protocol and on a glitch on Comcast's side, it worked for almost 2 months and then they blocked it out so the best speed I get is 400mbps and an upload of 6 mbps which is NOT what was expected. I am now past my return date to exchange it with a DOCSIS 3.1 so I am out ANOTHER $120 to purchase one with the 3.1 protocol.

I need a new modem for faster speed. For my needs this was recommended to me from a guy at Geek Squad. I have had it for a couple weeks and I'm very pleased with the speed which is way faster than my old one.

Its been doing great high speed internet Xfinity. Needed so I no longer renting 10.00 a month could have bought it over and over. The team at Best buy Helped with what we have hooked up and what would handled all of our stuff. So far so good!!!

I didn't know how bad my internet was until I hooked this up. I had to learn how to play COD all over because my response time was incredibly faster. Streaming is a lot smoother this was a Great investment!!

Excellent modem. Compatible with Xfinity streaming service. Truly gives excellent download speeds 400 to 450 mbps.

Totally saved us Christmas Day! Our service went out and this brought our internet up so fast!
