    Bought it because worker said it worked with my ISP but, he didn't have a clue because he just read it off the box. When I tried to hook it up, my ISP said that it didn't connect to their system. I didn't return it because I figure one of my friends might need it later with a different ISP provider.

    This modem works very well with extreme data plan, and also have the netgear nighthawk to work along with the modem, cant be anymore happier. Thanks again Best buy
