I didn't realize when it was purchased that its not voice compatible. I have a land line through my network provider that I pay monthly for. I switched back to my current modem and updated my router instead.

Moden won't turn on anymore

The modem was in a safe and clean location. It did not fall or experience any excess heat. It just one day burned. I do not recommend this. It is too expensive for it to be this unreliable. I will not be purchasing this brand going forward.

Fast, uninterrupted

They simply work and work well. Of course they cater to several price points, but it's worth it to spend a touch more than basic.

Only one USB port

The Geek Squad needed another to hook my printer up. So he used my old modem, which was still good, and now everything works fine.

Does not support 1GB speeds as advertised.

This will not work. Your speeds will be throttled. Even though it is advertised to work for 1Gb speeds. Spectrum requires DOCIS 3.1 and this has version 3.0.

A bit flaky
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works ok about 90% of the time. Connection eventually deteriorates. A reboot fixes it but then the connection to the wi-fi router goes bad and a second reboot restores that.
