Kinda works.

I would get another reliable one. It has been like this since I got it, but I need internet 24/7.

I had just updated from a 16 to this 32 and was expect a little boost in speed but no difference in speed. The 16 was dropping out after two years of operation, so I figure it was time to change.

Netgear tech support was no help at all. I felt like I was talking to a child while speaking to them. In the end it's working but not great.

Iphone App needs help

Poor customer service

Tried to return, and I was a few HOURS outside the return window. There was nobody willing to make an exception. I have no idea how to rate the unit, but my one star is for the ridged and unforgiving policy.

Decent Modem, performance was solid.
