Works better than Spectrum modem

Installation is not super easy as you have to call the cable company and provide MAC Address. They do have an "online" portal to do it yourself, but you will get a message that something went wrong and to call them, so their self-service piece does not work. Other than that, I connected it to Google mesh, and I had 0 problems ever since using this. Spectrum modem I had to restart occasionally to get the internet connection back.

Fast and effective

Saved us a LOT of Frustration!

It's compatible with SUDDENLINK and saved me a HUGE amount of hassle with them. I highly recommend this product for your own homes and to solve that frustrating and money consuming renting modem from your cable/net provider situation. It handles wonderfully, we no longer have periods of slow net thanks to others using their own devices at the same time.

Works well; very lightweight

It supports the 400 Mbps stream from Spectrum Charter. It is physically very light, so much so that the weight of the coax cable can pull it off of a shelf.
