The store sales person told me to go with the Netgear modem rather than Arris. Big mistake as It turns out that unlike Arris, Netgear doesn't work with the Comcast signal until you get a Comcast service tech to come to your house to get the signal sent. Turns out the Service Tech could not get the modem to work properly.

Value for money product that outperform expensive ones. Great and wider wifi coverage that never dropped connections.

this modem replaced a older net gear modem that after three years finnaly got to be too slow for my internet

I've had it for about a month and no problems with it. 32x8 is amazing I have over 15 devices, most of the time they all are connected at the same time and my speed stays consistent. Ps4, xbox one, security cams, phones, tablets. Streaming devices all work good. I'm getting great speeds on all devices

I was convinced to switch to Xfinity from AT&T in the store. The lady said I could save money by not renting a modem or router but buying my own. She had me buy the router and modem separately. She said she would activate and we could set it up ourselves. Nope! Had to have someone come out. Then they disconnected our Directv. The Xfinity guy said we should buy one unit which could contain both the router and modem in one. So we returned this one. What a hassle.

Internet problem with Comcast. $70 for technician to come out. New modem and eliminates monthly fees.

I bought it but ended up needing something better for the amount of devices in my home. All in all it worked the way it should

I was tired of paying my cable company $5 a month to rent their lousy modem, then they raised it to $10 a month and that was the breaking point for me. I am just sorry I didn't buy this years ago. My computer and wifi performance have never been anywhere near this good. We are extremely satisfied!
