    Wife’s company only had one active Ethernet port in her office. She has a wireless, but a firewall prevented me from finding/connecting to it from her PC. Plugged in the switch and connected the printer and PC. Hocus-pocus, and all that wizardry, printer connected

    As part of my office upgrade, I needed to use Ethernet to get a stable connection for video meetings. This switch allowed me to cut down on the amount of wiring that had to be run, and to expand the number of ports coming off my modem/router.

    Cheap little switch to get you by, if your in a bind. Not good for commercial applications, but perfect for home use.

    This is a very functional, simple plug and play switcher. Very robust metal casing, very neat design. You can put it just about anywhere and pretty much forget about it. I'm very pleased with it (and have several others).
