I bought this gigabit port to connect my TV, Xbox, roku and playstation direct ethernet cable for more faster streaming, video gaming and more instead of using wifi. I live this box very well constructed metal plate is super fast gigabit speed I had a asus and it was a megabit port so it was pretty slow. But this one work extremely well and worth the money.

Works as advertised. Easy to set up and doesnt take up much space.

It's an unmanaged switch. Pretty basic. Does what it's supposed to do without any fuss.

Good switch that I bought for my ps5 Xbox and tv. I was having connectivity issues with the wifi and this helped me to achieve stable speeds when attached directly to the router. Make sure to buy cat5 cables for your devices .

This is a nice little device that enable you to run multiple ethernet devices from a single ethernet source. If you only have one ethernet source then it eliminates the need to keep moving that ethernet cord into device you want to use. It's basically plug and play, but does require power so nearby power outlet is necessary. Does not come with any ethernet cables.

Simple to install and use. The switch works as described. It was a good value.

I bough this item to upgrade my older ethernet unmanaged switch. The older one was not as fast and not scalable like this one. I had no problems hooking it up. I simply moved each connection over from the old one to this one. I am now getting the max throughput speeds versus my older model. If you need an expandable switch, you cannot go wrong with this one.

These Netgear switches are the perfect solution when you need a SIMPLE, unmanaged switch for a small network or a few extra ports at the far reaches of a larger network. Very reliable, haven’t required maintenance or power cycling.

True plug and go. This device was a life saver. Lightning struck near my house and my home office was down. I franticly look for an option and this little device saved the day. It went straight from the box to my office being back online in less than 5 minutes. Netgear has always been my networking partner.

I bought this to add onto my Linksys Velop system. It allows me to hardwide my multiple computers onto my mesh WiFi network when the Parent node of the mesh WiFi only has one remaining "sensing" port. Plug and play and it "just works". Appears pretty heavy duty too, metal housing.

I bought these for my sons to use in their rooms for multiple decices. The switches are delivering the pefect speeds for gaming and computer usage!!

I recently added a NAS to my office and needed an additional network port. Adding this simple unmanaged switch solved my issue perfectly. I like that there are 5 ports so I have the option for additional expansion. Being a gigabit switch was also critical for achieving a high speed connection to the NAS.

Outstanding switch that allowed me to up/downstream 4 hardwired connections to my cable modem/router that is downstairs through a single Cat 5e cable. No IP address changes, no subnet mask changes, just plug and play and this little switch works wonders. Highly recommend this switch if you're looking to expand your hardwired network.

Worked perfectly for my living room. I have a handful of gadgets that now work better with this high speed hardline switch. This Best Buy team was very helpful.

This Gigabit hub works like a gem. It is the perfect ingredient to my home office setup during this Covid Lockdown. I highly recommend it for anyone needing additional ports. However, be aware...this is a 4x1, meaning one is an input from your router feed and then you have 4 outputs.
