This switch is a tank. It never needs to be restarted, never has problems. It just works. I have a few in operation around home and at work and they've been going strong for years.

I was let to believe that it was POE switch when I asked sales, but it wasn’t so I needed to return it to buy one elsewhere.. So make sure the box it comes in has POE on it! Otherwise, the switch worked great and was priced right.

This is a handy little switch. Easily installed. Just be aware that if you don't use a router with it, it will give an IP address that is public. I found Netgear support really uncommonly excellent. It is well made, and the support is excellent. I plan to look for more netgear products.
