This switch replaces another Netgear that served us for 11 years. Also is really helpful that every port has its own activity light and on/off light. Every one of our offices has these small “cubes” for connecting to the office network star topology.

Would recommend if you want save on buying longer Ethernet cables. I run a 100ft cable from the router downstairs to my room, thought I would have to keep buying long cables but with this 5 port switch I only need the 100ft one I have and now I can just buy the regular sized cheaper cables

Great switch for everyday use. Comes with wall mounting hardware and rubber feet. Never had a failure with one if these. Solid construction

This is a great little switch. Great price, and I would highly recommend it.

I don't know why, but consumer-grade switched hubs that look like smaller versions of the rack-mounted stuff break down less often than the consumer-grade switched hubs with the fancier industrial design that looks more like consumer-grade electronics.

This thing significantly increased file transfers to my NAS storage ststem on my home network by 1000% im very satisfied!

Easy to use. No issues so far. Would recommend if old one is going bad.

I had one Ethernet cable and needed to hook several devices- my WiFi kept dropping my devices. No setup needed, besides hooking up the cables. I did need to purchase extra Ethernet cables to go with this device. This was exactly what the IT doctor(aka not so savvy hardware person) needed.

Bought a few of these to wall mount next to in wall Keystone jacks in different rooms to allow more devices to connect to the network without making more inwall cable runs Really appreciate that these come with lifetime warranty
