This is our 3rd modem of this kind. It's the best by far. Lasts the longest, and provides the best service.

So far no issues, I use this with my internet provider and save money by not having to pay to rent equipment like I did for 2 years. I have great connection and speed is fine just as good as renting from time warner. I'm happy and bought the warranty for $5 just in case but I doubt I'll need it.

This modem is working great for me. Considering that my cable provider was going to charge $11/month to rent the modem from them I am extremely happy I bought it. It is very small, which was a welcome surprise given that I do not like to clutter the area around the tv with bulky objects.

Paired it with the NETGEAR N900 router i have 4 smart TV's, Samsung Washer & Dryer, my iPhone my girls iPhone & iPad, a wireless printer, mine & my girls laptops, a bluray player & a BOSE wireless speaker and it handles all of it without a problem for 4 weeks already

I was a bit cautious to buy this modem and replace the one provided to me by the cable company. But now it has been so worth it. No technical problems after I installed and activated it. If you are using a rented modem from the cable company buy this first, call to activate it (didn't take long) and return the rented modem back to the cable company.
