I purchased this modem as it is on TWC's list of approved modems. I worked and worked with TWC to activate it but they were having problems at their end and the modem was also being "unstable" (working/not working/working...) I took the first one back and exchanged it for a new one, same model. It was activated and is working smoothly.

Replaced my old Zoom. This Router set up in no time, no need to call Comcast. Works as advertised, and runs much cooler than my old one. You can manage the unit online, remotely. Recommend!
