    My old cable modem was no longer working for me, so I went to Best Buy and purchased this. The specs are good, the setup is very simple and within a short time I was up and going. It doesn't have a full range of features like other, more expensive models but my needs are modest. I'd recommend this if you're on a budget.

    This modem is decent for the price. It is at the lower end of the cost spectrum so you can't expect too much. The biggest problem I have with it is it drops the connection way more often than my old modem. I changed my internet level which prompted me to get a different modem, so that maybe the reason I have the dropping of the connection, but I don't know. Decent product by you can probably fine better.

    Bought this little modem to gain more speed, have complete control over my system, NOT rent a poorly built router for no reason & have privacy from Comcast. I paired this with a NetgearNighthawk Router and enjoyed wicked fast speeds that were always on.
