I bought this one because my previous one burnt out. I might return it to get the one with built in wifi router to avoid the clutter.

Very easy to setup and use...nice modem for value..

This modem replaced a bad modem. Upon connection, it was easy to see that this modem delivers a much faster download speed than the older modem does. I conducted a speed test it delivered 105Mbps download speed on a line that is rated at 105Mbps. I highly recommend this modem as a new purchase or a replacement purchase.

Would have given it 5 stars but had to turn off/on a couple of times to reset the network.

Great product easy setup and the speed is really fast.

I just use mine for my computer, smart TV, game console and cell phone and it works great. Just wish it could reach out farther.

When I got the product home, I just followed the instructions to connect to the cable. Product was "up and running" in notime!

So many products don't live up to expectations so its great to find one that is everything you wanted. This is one of those.

This Modem wont kill your wallet but will handle your needs as long as you don't have a 1GB connection. I.E. Fiber

I purchased this as a replacement for the provided xfinity one and my connection has significantly improved

I saved some money by returning the unit to Time Warner and purchasing this unit so I don't have pay to rent every month.

I'm been using this product for the last 2 months and never got dropped in signal or strength. Really would recommend for others.

The speed is good, but it disconnects frequently. Not sure its a issue with TWC or the modem.

My first choice was unavailable. The store rep recommended this option, and although it cost more, it's getting the job done.

I used this to replace my Xfinity cable router. It works great. Easy to setup. Just remember to reboot the Netgear and the Router or Wifi hub you are connecting to it, if it loses the connection. After 1 month of use, only had to reboot once.; Very pleased to not be paying rental fees any more.

My internet went out, and Comcast told me the unit we had needed to be updated. So....off to Best Buy. The best recommendation I got was from a fellow shopper with a geeky cousin who always recommended Netgear. So the choice was simple. It's only been installed about 2 months, but no problems at all.

I purchased a Netgear CM400 Cable Modem which has worked extremely well and was at the best price. Help panels on the website directed me through the selection and order process. I did not have a Best Buy store convenient to my home so the modem was shipped to me and came quickly with no shipping cost. Great experience.
