I've had no issues with this modem. Works great!!!

The router was easy to set-up with easy instructions to follow-up. The range of the product and quality is great. I'm glad I bought this brand instead of the same thing that was $20-30 more. I suggest buying this product instead of renting from the cable company.

Easy to set up - ISP hooked it up very quickly, output is however limited to only one LAN port which is OK as I only need 1 but could be frustrating for someone who needs more. Good signal and its legs sit it up high to get good air circulation.

I transferred my internet service from Verizon to time warner so I needed to buy my own modem. The customer service representative at time warner suggested I go to Best Buy and they were right. The guy at Best Buy knew exactly what I needed. Easy!!

Works great. Have not had a problem with it. The only thing i think it is expensive.

I wanted to save cable modem rental fees, so I purchased this model. It works fine with 25/5 service but may not be recognized by Comcast for higher speeds, even though it is capable of faster connections. Speed Test results show 29/6 consistently.

I purchased a Netgear - Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem to replace the Time Warner cable modem I was paying $10 a month for. It seems to be as good as the vendor's modem. For the price at Best Buy I will have recovered my investment in only 6 months. A great deal!.

I didn't actually set it up. The Wow! Company did all the work but I haven't had any issues with it. Out the box it was simple to put together and there wasn't really any setup just putvthe cables in the right location and you're all set.

I wanted to avoid the monthly charges from Time Warner, so I looked for a reliable name brand. This device was perfdct, installing in less than 10 minutes. It has worked perfectly ever since.

I originally purchased a Net Gear modem and returned it because it kept dropping my connection although not for long. I had to keep resetting it. Therefore, I returned it for this one. It's working great, and it hasn't dropped my connection not once.

This is exactly what I needed! Now I don't have to pay 15 dollars a month to TWC!!!
