Purchased this for an office at work with 50Mbps internet setup. Worked out of the box and took very little time to setup. Alot smaller than i thought it would be which is a good thing because it doesn't take up much space.

First time buying a modem rather than leasing do i wanted an affordable yet fast modem. Allows fast downloads, stream netflix, play online games while multiple people are connected to it

This was super easy to set up. I only needed the 340kbps download speed as I don't plan on upgrading my Internet past this speed until many years from now when that could become a lower price speed.. Likely this will be long expired by then.

I'm getting better than advertised speeds with this. I know this is not necessarily just because of the cable modem, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly priced, but greatly performing modem.

Purchased this because I was tired of rebooting the modem supplied by TWC. In fact, a technician at TWC advised me this is the one he owns himself. Has lost signal very few times and resets itself very quickly. Wish I had gotten it long ago.

I needed to buy a new modem for my mom. She's does some video streaming (Netflix) and very little on her PC. This had a good price for the max speeds covered in her internet plan at home. Once installed at home, it has worked very well for her needs.

We have used this modem for a little over a month now and we have not had any issues to date. Set up is simple even for those that are not tech experts (like me). We are using a Netgear 1200 AC router with this modem and they work great together.

This modem does exactly what I need it to. We use it to access Comcast/xfinity internet and do not notice any performance difference between this modem and the modem Comcast initially gave us. Not fancy, but is great for the price.

This modem was easy to setup and it works great with my network.

No issues at all when installing with the wireless router. Only question mark is that it gets pretty warm/hot during operation. I do not like having powered stuff getting hot in the wall cabinet. But it looks a good device

I've used this modem starting on Comcast and now on Cox and haven't had any problems. The Cox installer said I wouldn't get max speed out of it, but I can regularly get 270-280mbps down. I pay for 300, so I'm not complaining at all

Wanted for an in-home business. Sped up somewhat. OK

Was having comcast internet issues. My theory was it was the modem and low and behold...it was. So, already have a netgear router i chose this one. Also, the stats were higher for this modem than any other one equally priced. Besides i hate Motorola.

Plug and play easy bought this in the afternoon and was surfing the web by dinner

it does what it is supposed to do. That's all I have to say about that

The sales person at Best Buy recommended this modem to me based on the router that I currently have. I couldn't be happier with the product! It eliminated the intermittent service I was experiencing when I was streaming video, etc

I speed tested the modem with an ethernet cable hooking my laptop directly to a test sight and achieved speeds in excess of my cable provider's advertised download speed.
