This modem is being used in my son's 3 bedroom apartment so he didn't have to rent from the cable company. It has been very reliable and he has had no signal loss or drops.

Works great. Great, reliable, piece of equipment. No issues whatsoever.

When we started having connection issues to the game server for Far Cry 4, the fist thing my husband did was go to Wal Mart and get the Netgear Nighthawk router, Well that solved some of the issues, but then we noticed the modem supplied through our ISP wasn't holding up. We then got the matching Netgear Modem to accompany our router and it is working out great. In addition to better connection with the network, we also saved money on equipment rental fees. For those who play games online, I would recomemend either going with the Netgear Router and Modem like we did or checking for both th cable router/modem in one unit. Either way make sure to look for one that will allow to you to set your game system as priority in the configuration stage to ensure a solid connection with the game server.

This was an outstanding upgrade to my old modem. I wasn't getting the full potential of my internet service. After installing this my download speeds tripled. Gaming online and watching movies became much more enjoyable.

Been renting modem from cable company for years, buying own modem proved to be a better and smarter choice than renting or purchasing from cable provider. Works great!!! Have had no problems with Modem.

I had this router for few months with optimum 300mb and it is a good price as you are ssaving the 10$ that ooptimum forces you to pay for every month u have internet with them. nice speed and no issues.

I bought this so I could stop paying time warner for theirs every month. Plugged it in called TW and gave them the MAC address printed on the bottom and was up and running in 5 min. It will have paid for itself in 7 months

I bought this router to replace the unit provided by my cable provider. One of the best decisions I have made. Easy to install. Incredibly reliable. Highly recommend!

The net gear CM 400 works perfectly fine. But it was not the size I expected.

I have cable one, that is what most people have in my area and this works very well. I didn't want to pay the rental fee anymore and this is what I went with. It has been running for about two months now and no problems at all.

I previously rented a modem and router from Time Warner Cable but never could get coverage in my bedrooms. We have a ranch home and the enhanced modem and router never worked. However, this new modem and router work great.

Our internet has worked flawlessly since we got this new Modem. Our modem/router combo got killed during a storm so last minute we went out and bought this with a Netgear Router and it has been perfect internet ever since!

Reduce you monthly bill from Timewarner cable for equipment modem

Good price and great functionality, would buy again.
