great help and selection for picking out the right product

Setup was easy, I used this for my xfinity connection. I didn't had to call xfinity customer service which tells that setup was pretty easy. Got this product at reasonable price and also got a price match on the product.

I have high speed internet and this modem has a desk top computer, one lap top, one television, three video gaming systems and multiple cellular devices connected and it does what it suppose to do. Nice price too.

Bought this cable modem for my sister's home to get rid of the cable company's modem and that extra monthly fee. Works great in a large three bedroom home. No complaints, so far. Used for social network and streaming videos.

Simple to connect and configure password online. Found the guest loggin and parent control option online useful. I like it due to it's multiple security protocol and configure options it provides online.

This is my first time using a modem in my home. I bought it because I needed it for cable connections and I did not want to pay a monthly fee to the cable company. I have had the modem for a month. I have not noticed problems with the modem. I will need to use it longer to really review it.

Although the router touted some great upload/ download times, I found that I was getting knocked off a lot more than i was with my previous router. Could be comcast... but when I went with a cisco router it's not happening anymore. :/

There seems to be a little drop in speed and some more disconnections than the stock device Xfinity made available for lease but I think it's worth the savings you get over a year or two. Top speed is the same.

Bought this item to connect to my Linksys - AC1200 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router and they both work perfectly together. My parents have the same set up and haven't had any problems with it.

this modem was an upgrade from my old and slow Motorola surfboard, it kept dropping my connection, so i finally upgraded to my netgear CM400, and i noticed a speed difference right away, good bang for the buck

I have a netgear router that worked great so when i needed to upgrade my modem i naturally went with netgear a CM 400. It took all of 10 minutes to setup and install then launch. Could not have been easier

After comparing prices and speed, I made this selection because it seemed to be the best combination of the two. I am retired so I no longer need to transmit and receive large files but I think this modem could handle it.

Great equipment for your home of you want your own modem

I was having a leased modem which I replaced with this newly bought Netgear modem. I had to call Xfinity for the initial setup and since them it is working fine without any problems.

No more monthly rental fees from local cable/internet company and unforeseen charges plus fees when you buy this high speed modem for home services! This was a long, overdue purchase that I would recommend to anyone!

Was easy to set up the cable company and works great

Difficult to get connected on Mac but after 3 hours (not a novice either) finally got it to work with my Time Capsule. Now it works great and saves me $5 lease payment per month and $40 activation. Great price, too!

It does what it is expected from it well worth the buy
