This was the cheapest one on the shelf that supported Docsis 3.0. Really just the one router port available, so if you want to plug other things in, you need to get a hub. Wish I could hang this on the wall.

This modem was recommended to me when the equipment provided by xFinity proved inadequate. This modem and (a rather expensive) router provides excellent coverage.

It does what it is supposed to do. Pretty reliable, except in hot weather when sun light hits it, it would stop working. After we move it to shadow area it work perfectly

Time to cut the cord. When cable company came in take DVR and their modem, they installed the new modem for me. No problems with streaming on Netflix or Amazon.

This is without a doubt the best $50 I could spend for my home entertainment. $13 per month for a modem rental; that's what this will save you. It's very small compared to the picture online.

So far this product hasn't given me any delays.. We had a generic router provided to us from the internet company, but it was extremely slow and constantly buffering. This has kept us a steady connection so far.

Few glitches but overall excellent speed. I had to power reset the modem a few times in the last few months because it would loose the connection, but this might be Cox (ISP) or the modem. Good price and solid performance.

The Canon Rebel series of Cameras are excellent! We have used the cameras for Dental photography for about 8 years. They are easy to use and very reliable. I have purchased about 10 for 5 offices over the years.

I used my Geek Squad Protection on my ZOOM cable modem to slightly upgrade to the Netgear for a few more bucks. The first one I brought home continuously reset itself. I had to return that one to the store, but the second one works fine.

Needed this modem upgrade to be compatible with 50gb/sec Internet speed at my home. Have had no issues and Internet flies with no lags on streaming movies or online gaming.

I bought this to upgrade from my old Motorola Surfboard with Docsis 2.0 because it was constantly dropping connection on a weekly basis. Have been using this for a month now and not one drop! Def recommend.

This modem definitely gets the job done for me. I was able to plug it in and connect to Xfinity in my 3 story townhome, with one router, both on the second story of the house. No problems so far.

It was no problem to set this up and activate with Northland cable - much cheaper than renting a modem every month!! It works great and Best Buy staff were helpful in determining a good match.

I chose this after speaking to a Best Buy employee... I didn't know what I needed and after answering a few simple questions about my internet service this was the best choice. Perfect for what I needed.

We bought this for our new apartment and were looking for something that was inexpensive, but good quality and this is everything we were looking for.

So far no issue in last month of use, but need to see how it goes for longer period of time. The network speed is, however, is not as I was expecting but that is probably issue with Time Warner Cable and / or my router.

It works fine the issue is with Xfinity and Netgear. The box says it supports up to 340 mbps yet Xfinity says is only supports up to 150 mbps. Regardless it does what it needs to just confusion as to the speeds.

Comcast has a feature with their service that allows for remote configuration of new modems. Took all of two minutes to get the modem setup and working. No issues.

I upgraded from an old 2.0 Motorola and noticed the difference right away! Also, it gives constant signal without crashing. I'm using this modem with a Netgear router and they are efficient together.

It does what it says it does and not all the time but at some times it feels like it gets slow, but make sure you contact your internet supporter and see if this modem box is acceptable on their network.
