The "level 3" tech support stated that there is a freak error with this device and it does not work in Ohio!!???? \ What the heck!!!!!! Yea it is true they told me! We have know about it for years now! Then why is it in Ohio Stores?!!!!!!

2 bad right out of box but Best Buy stood TALL

Best Buy was right there for me every step of the way.Best Buy made 2 exchanges bing bang boom. They ended up providing me with a Motorola modem. Problem solved. I give Best Buy 100 Stars for their customer service. I could not ask them for anything more. One very happy customer

Do not buy

I kept receiving notices from cox to upgrade my modem to take advantage of their new "faster speeds". I previously purchased one outright to avoid paying forever to lease a modern. So after receiving so many notices to update my modem I decided to purchase one of the recommended modems. I purchased this from Bestbuy activated it with Cox and my INTERNET SLOWED TO A SNAILS PACE. I COULD NO LONGER STREAM MOVIES AT THE LOWEST QUALITY, I COULDN'T STREAM YOUTUBE VIDEOS AT THE LOWEST QUALITY, I COULDN'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. I WISH I NEVER UPDATED BECAUSE NOW I CAN'T REVERT TO MY PREVIOUS MODEM. NOW MY INTERNET CONNECTION IS WAY SLOWER THAN BEFORE. I WISH I NEVER UPDATED
