Installed at my office and covers the 2000 sq ft on both 2.4 and 5 GHz through some thick metal walls. Good value for the price

This works better than I thought. I was going to hardwire the computer but this was too difficult. I dreaded using a wireless connection due to past experiences. The salesman recommended this one and since it was marked down I went for it. Then the unexpected...it works really well. Almost as fast as a hardwired system!

The dsl signal where I live is VERY weak, upgrading to this netgear adapter made a very good difference, especially when uploading.

I noticed my laptop would only connect to my guest wifi, I couldn't even see the main wifi. After learning that I needed a dual band adapter I went into Best Buy and spoke to a rep, they suggested this adapter, I installed it and now my laptop is running smooth and fast and on the high band. Excellent choice, problem solved.

My PC is not wireless and I have my router in another room so impossible to run a cable. This has allowed me to connect to my wireless.

Its a USB adapter and it works satisfactorily. I was using an antenna to connect to wifi previously but my cat chewed through the wire for it. This adapter has a fairly substantial wire which has, at least for the time being, resisted my cat's fangs.

Bought this after relocating the family computer and didn't want to run more wires for internet. Works perfectly, plus I can disconnect the computer from the internet simply by removing the adapter, keeps wifi available to responsible users and limits those too young/immature to regulate themselves.

I have a lenovo yoga and the internal wifi adapter has not been ideal. So I looked at upgrading that and decided to do the Netgear unit, which is USB plug in. Bottom Line, Quick Easy and Faster Results. Why go thru the hassle of taking the laptop apart when u can get the plug in. ONLY Drawback, It does drain the battery quicker.

Got this adaptor to finish out a computer build for my wife. It worked well right out of the box and so far we are having no issues with it. Though I haven't stressed tested it to see what kind of max speeds it is capable of, it seems fine for every days use such as streaming video and games.

Easy to install and the results are fast internet speed.

Setup was easy. Has good range and looks good on the desk.

It did the job was having trouble connecting to internet and it corrected the problem and got me in the internet.

I had the Netgear WNDA3100 Wireless-N adapter on my desktop in a basement, connected to the router on the next floor above in a medium-sized house, but signal strength was always a little spotty. We got the Nighthawk AC1750 router as an upgrade, so I decided to try this adapter as well. The one thing I wish I would have known before installing is if you're running Windows 10, you should go to the Netgear website and download the installation files from there before installing this adapter, as the files that come on the CD do not seem to support W10 and caused me all kinds of issues at first. That aside, once I figured that much out, installation was smooth, and I get an additional 20mbps connection speed according to Speedtest.net. This adapter comes with a desktop stand for it that I use, but there's a pretty short cord to reach the tower if it's on a lower shelf on your desk. I am satisfied with this adapter, the only meh about it is it still connects to the N network even though we have the AC router and now this AC adapter. I don't quite understand that. But for the signal strength and little speed increase I noticed, it was definitely worth the price I caught it on sale at.

Pretty solid USB wifi adapter I bought this for my little brother as I handed him my old rig as I am in the process of building a new one (I use Ethernet) therefore I never installed a wifi adapter into my old rig. Pretty solid, no complaints 10/10
