Modem/router combination

Perfect to Leave the Lease

This modem works great for what I need, I figure the signal strength would undoubtedly be better had I the option to connect with it directly but still a very solid modem regardless.

I was pleased with its performance so I replaced it with a similar, but newer model and so far it also has performed flawlessly.

Returned the spectrum modem and router after purchasing this dual pack and it’s worked great! Only thing we need to sort out now is having a WiFi extender in the home for better overall coverage. The 2.4ghz has been the most reliable overall choice even when gaming.

Highly disappointed!

I spent 5 hours on the phone with the netgear IT contact and after trying every possible angle to resolve this issue, I was told to take it back to Best Buy and exchange it as the modem was getting a signal but the router was not doing its job. Wasted a whole day on this!

Router/modem purchase

Little did I know that I no longer needed the Modem part of the Router/Modem that I purchased. I tried to return the item in a store and ordered a new router only online. I found out that best buy policy only accepts returns, even from an unopened box, withing 14 days of purchase. Since I was 25 days from purchase I was told that I'm out of luck. This return/exchange policy leave little satisfaction for the customer. I'm plan to take all future business to other retailers.
