    The extended net gear needed to be re-set twice before it worked. At this juncture, it is working adequately and providing the signal boost that I needed when I listen to streaming music from utube. John

    Set up was tricky as our wifi router didn't have a WPS button so I had to use the Netgear installation assistant, which required an ethernet cable which I didn't have so I had to go buy. Once I plugged it in after set up (which took about 25 min), it seemed to work but the next day I kept getting kicked off my zoom calls on the computer because it couldn't find a wifi connection. My phone wifi also stopped working. I unplugged the wifi extender and I was able to get 1 or 2 bars of wifi. The extender was supposed to give me better reception in the back of the house. Looks like I will need to find a different one.

    I purchased this to improve Wi-Fi reception in basement (my Router is on the first floor). Ran into a problem with install, but tech support was terrific and helped resolve the problem quickly.

    was having issues with the WIFI in my office where I have my laptop and do most of my work. Since I hook this up my WIFI in my office has improve 100%. My web browsing is much faster
