We have never had it work like we hoped.

They were helpful, but had to connected us to the Netgear customer service. We talked with them each time for about a hour, then line would go dead. They did not try to reconnect with us to complete the installation. We would call them again, and start all over, and the same thing happened again and again. We asked a techy friend to help us, and now it works intermittently. We are ready to return it.

Hard setup

Still a good buy once I restarted and reconfigured the settings.

Very effective signal booster
