Bad purchase

My home is a three story single fam row home and this product doesn't do didley........To be fair the geek squad guy stated it wasn't a good buy... i shoulda listened to him instead of the store rep

Best Buy site is full of too many faked reviews

I familiarized myself with the instructions prior to buying the item, and was able to set up fairly easily. The connection refuses to stay consistent. When first plugged in halfway between router and dead zone, the connection exceeded 150 mgbs which is about half the amount when standing directly next to the router. That number would hold for about 5 mins, then decrease to 40 mgbs , then to 8 which is unacceptably slow. And these problems aren’t limited to extender mode either. When used as an access point which relies on a direct wired connection to the router, the speeds are still terrible. Do not trust any review that exceeds 2 stars.

Not effective

I had a friend that works. For a major cable company install it for me and he even said wow this Is not a good router. So sorry to say stay away this Is Not a “Best Buy”
