It was a fairly expensive mistake.

Does not extend range like I thought it would

Died after 7 months

Lights still on but no longer boosts signal. My house is 1600 square feet (small) and I can no longer get signal in bedroom just past where the unit is plugged in.

Not great for XBox laggging

This product did nothing to help with the issue and we eventually returned it.

Poorly packed

Box was open (not adequately taped) and smashed. Both calendars were smashed. Poorest job I have ever seen. Staples should be ashamed of this . I order a lot on line and have never encountered this situation. Do NOT order from staples!!!!

Stopped working.

This product was literally plugged into wall and set up, worked for 4 months or so and then just did not work. Would love to get a replacement but alas, no customer service.

Not worth it

I needed something to extend the signal in my house. Instead it made itself the proprietary connection in my home network which caused other connection issues.

My games still lag and it is very frustrating. I paid a total of $169.00 to include $35.00 ins. Does not do the job. I would like to return everything.

Bad device

It would not get past the boot screen once I input my personal data. The Tech told me to return it. Done. Switched to a Netgear Orbi 3000.

Did not help at all

Was better off just using router on its own without extender.

Useless

I put this device in a plug approximately 25 feet from the light I need connected and it does not connect. Do not rely on this product to help extend your wifi.
