Unable to grab signal

Works like a charm so far

I live in the basement where the location is furthest from the router. got this extender and my signal went from 1 bar to full bar. so far no lags no sudden disconnects no long loading circles and no slow downloads. zoom and online gaming have been smooth. the setup was simple enough, the only downside of it is that you need to download an app and sign up with an account to get it set up (i didn't use the WPS button). other than that everything else was satisfaction.

Net gear wifi extender
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly cant say its a bad product i really didnt know too much about extenders i knew what they did but never needed one until i moved to my new house and my room is one of 2 wifi dead zones so i bought this and connected it but it kept disconnecting i set it up by the directions but when i looked it up online it wanted me to add so much more info so kayer on i have panoramic wifi and just got a pod from them which in my case was the best option other than that im sure its decent thats why i only buy electronics from best buy because even there non name branded products are great their very selective with which items to carry hope tgis helps

Works well for a single unit

After doing a complete reboot multiple times, it is still not working on both units. I have COX wifi and plan to just add a couple of their extenders.
