Moved an older computer to my husbands office where we did not have internet access. This little miracle worker plugs in, was easy to set up, and just like that, we have internet access (obviously we have wifi in the house). It was quick and easy and works great. Have had it just over a month and no issues. Much easier and less costly solution than having to run a hard wire down the wall and across the room. Great technology.

I bought an older, refurbished computer that did not have its own wi-fi. I had to figure out what to do. After a little research I came across this. Just plug it into a back usb port and install. Very easy. Our router is in the living room and this computer is in a bedroom. I have had no problems getting wi-fi in there. Works great!

I WAS HESITANT WHEN MY HUSBAND WANTED TO PURCHASE THIS LOW COST ITEM, THINKING IT WOULD HELP W/THE WIRELESS ROUTER AND MODEM IN OUR BASEMENT AND HIS COMPUTER UPSTAIRS. THE GOAL WAS TO INCREASE HIS INTERNET SPEED AND INTERMITTENT SIGNAL ISSUES. WOW, I HAD TO ADMIT I WAS WRONG ! WHEN IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM AND I NOW HAVE A HAPPY HUBBY TO BOOT! GREAT PURCHASE!

A all in one pc/monitor had taken an electrical surge and the hit came through the NIC so I used this USB wireless device to allow the pc to connect to a network.

Performs well. Exactly as described. Ease of use. I recently updated the internet service and found that an older laptop would not recognize the new home wifi. The Netgear helps the laptop recognize the new updated wifi.

Easy instalation. A great performance. High speed internet.

Works perfectly. I have 300mbps internet and this adapter give me perfect signal to my computer to work on all day. Router is upstairs and the computer in the basement, but it still gives more signal that I had hoped. 10/10 recommend! Really easy set up and the cost wasn't bad either.

Installed this on my laptop to get the dual band wifi and got over 400 mbs and i was shocked for a usb adapter .. The software is real easy to install from the netgear website .. IF you are on a tight budget then this is for you to get up and running .. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WITH A PC OR LAPTOP

If you happen to have a PC/laptop that did not come with WiFi (rare these days) or the WiFi on your box is broken, this should work great. It is very small and unobtrusive. Our network hub is not too far away, although there are a couple of walls in between, and the signal pickup has been fine at 5GHz.

Wanted to connect an older PC to the internet thru a wireless connection instead of ethernet. This has allowed us to connect without running ethernet cable throughout the house. This gave us a faster connection than my current brand new PC does. Truly plug and play.

I bought this for a PC build without a WiFi card and it installed easy with the most recent drivers. Used it for online gaming and no matter the server, I always had the lowest PING rates and therefore the best connection. Really small and really strong, good product!

I was looking for an adapter that was not expensive but of very good quality. This adapter is simple to install and has a great range.

Happy with the purchase. Came with a CD to install very easy. I have 2013 laptop and had difficulty connecting to wifi. Now I talked and connected to wifi. Doesn’t take any space at all. I forget at times that it is even connected to my laptop.

Bought a desktop Adapter and wasn't able to grab a good connection. Went back, returned it and bought this one. Installed it on my desktop and never looked back

Pluged in and Installed the software and the adaptor started working immediately. No reboot required.

The WiFi card in my laptop was defective. I replaced it with this NetGear USB WiFi receiver. The NetGear works great, it is small in size (about the same size as a small USB thumb drive), and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

This was a nice little gadget I needed it was fairly priced and did its job
