Netgear Setup, Sprt & Realiability Poor,,TomTom OK

The Netgear N600 failed to connect to the internet. After contacting support, several times, and not understanding half of what they were saying due to off shore support I had connection. Then the internet connection kept dropping periodically for no apparent reason. Called support several more times. Each time they had me change setting to no avail! I plan to return the modem/router very soon.

Good router modem for non-Uverse ATT customer

Trying to use my iPhone to monitor the genie app for wi-fi devices in our home. Unit bought to replace an older netgear that would not recognized my brother printer. Still having issue with the connection to wifi extender.

So called Net Gear Tech Support who walked me through the complete installation. I can't say enough wonderful things about how patient and helpful they were. Thank you!
