Product was easy to set up/install and easy to connect to. Replaced an existing AT&T item that had stopped working. I like the push button connection rather than having to enter a password every time.

the display is hard to read and no longer identifies the different ethernet connections-not that i look at it frequently, but previous version was easier to read. followed directions for setup, but appears ATT overwrote the settings while i was setting up. Tech support took a while to resolve, but thee were very efficient and every thing has been great since. good purchase..

Had to get a new modem because we kept losing signal. Since we bought this modem so far has been working great.

Easy hook up BUT you will need a pass word for the internet provider to make it work

This is my second netgear adsl modem/router and both have worked flawless. Better then what they provide with.

It has been functioning great so far, much better than the unit supplied by Centurylink! I've only had it for 3-4 weeks, but would highly recommend it. Never new my computer could work so fast!

Calling to get service they used scare tactics to try and convince me that I should rent their modem. I still said no and purchased this unit. Connected right up and works perfect.

It has been an ok router. It has a signal that can be sporadic at times!

I live in a remote area and had difficulty efficiently using a wireless router. After switching to the Net Gear it has been smooth operating. I am running a DSL line to it and utilizing it for 2 computers, a Magic Jack phone system throughout the entire house and a Direct TV cinema hook up. Once I got it all set up, it has been worry free. Even with power outages in our mountains, the system boots right back up with out me having to do any thing.

Took one and a half hour on the phone to get it to work. Difficult reaching netgear's website.

Purchased instead of getting thru provider and so glad I did, found out this product far surpassed what they were providing for the same price. Excellent signal strength and easy to install.

We purchased this instead of receiving the provided unit from AT&T. With both the router & modem in one, it was a great price considering AT&T was charging roughly the same price for their unit, that didn't have the capabilities this product has. It's wonderful for a small home, where the electronics are all in a generalized location. Super fast set-up and makes using multiple devices very easy with its "no slow down" capabilities. Love It!

Easy to set up. Great bandwidth! Would highly recommend for the non-techy.

It didn't give good signal with the walls between it and the phone but at least it works well enough

I am not getting the drops from the internet as I had in the past with other modems but the speed isn't as quick as it advertises

We brought this home, read the instructions, set it up in all under a hour. We haven't had one problem with this product since we hooked it up. We at any time have 3 plus items using this router/dsl modem. With 3 smartphones, 2 laptops, 2 iPads and 3 tablets in the house there is always someone using something in the house and even with everyone using the router/modem at the same time, there is never a slow down with the service. I would recommend this product to any family or friend looking for something like this.

got this dual band so we could have better luck with our internet. This one is night and day different that last one and love it.

does help improve experience with multiple advices on internet, but still having some problems with high data streaming video.

We bought this as an upgrade from the previous model and have already noticed a significant difference in the performance. No more dropped internet or slow-downs. Setup was easy except for having issues with their setup wizard. Spent an hour on the phone with a girl from India to resolve the issue. After that it worked wonderfully!
