Connecting was a breeze; however, you need a data transfer cable that is not included. When I finally purchased the cable for another 20 bucks the moden would not connect to the Internet! Call the company's support line and it was hard to understand the operator's instructions. Returned it to best buy for a refund.

Internet drops are GREATLY Reduced

It kept dropping all the time, and required me to reset my connection to ATT several times a day. I even had ATT come to my house to check it out. They did a few things, but they didn't really help much. I finally got sick of it and I replaced my PACE 4111N with tis one. All I can say is WOW. Been running it for a few weeks, and have not had any drops since.

Far superior then the ATT one!

Good Modem/Router

Took me about an hour to set it all up....and make sure you have your info from your isp...without it things wont work. All so the price was a little high for what I got, Over all I am satisfied with the product.
