  • Poor connection, slow speeds

    Keeps losing connection to main router which is also Netgear and placed not far away. The times it is connected, connection speed is very slow. Devices connected to this also keep getting disconnected randomly. Cannot recommend this to anyone.

    Was told this would work with my Orbi mesh router and satellites. It does not, continually disconnects and I have received errors that indicate that it is not compatible with my router.

    Total hunk of junk. The “quick start” feature with Nighthawk is a joke. Got it set up manually and working. Then it started randomly disconnecting devices and then connecting them again. Not great for working from home. Gladly returned!

    Repeated attempts to get this item to work failed. The manufacturer of my modem says it's not compatible, and I was not able to get the software to load probably on my cell phone which was a requirement in order to apply the software.
