My situation is probably different from most buyers of the product. My boat is in a marina that just rolled out new 5Ghz high-speed wi-fi. Prior to this I was paying $50/month for a Solus hotspot for reliable streaming. I had two problems with the new 5Ghz wifi- 1) the signal was weak (streaming YouTube TV was glitching badly). 2) My motion-sensitive cameras will only connect to a 2.4 GHz network- which was no longer available. I used the Netgear AX1800 to boost the marina’s wifi. Now I can stream YouTube TV with no problems. Even better- I now have an additional 2.4 GHz network for my cameras- which also works very well. The perfect solution for very modest cost.

Works as it should. Easy setup with the Nighthawk app and integration with main router. Used mainly to extend wifi signal to our metal shop. It did boost the signal in the metal shop a little.

Easy to install. And is providing much better coverage than my older wifi gen5 device.

Easy to install using app. Worked great at my house. Extended to the areas I needed a stronger signal. I would recommend this if your have a netgear router.

This product instantly increased my home Wifi abilities and ww gave not had a problem since it was put in. Easy step by step setup process, just plug it in, download the application and follow the instructions.

With a Sling TV in my garage 15ft from the house I would loose signal quite often. I am very satisfied with the Range Extender in the house.

This device was easy to setup, and it helped eliminate weak spots in my home's Wifi network. I now get a strong signal in every room, and streaming videos work flawlessly.

Plugged it in, set it up in the app, and it works. Can't ask for anything more than that. Setting it up on the app was a little involved but doable.

We bought 2 extenders for a 2 story 4000sf concrete house and now have Wi-Fi throughout. They were easy to install and worked well with our TP Link router.

Range and signal strength is very good. Setup was relatively straight forward.

Works as intended. I have not had any problems with it. Setup was easy just had to install an app and follow directions on app to get it connected. Haven't noticed any drops or disconnects with it.

It works great! I always had trouble with my ear buds cutting out when I was in b the backyard, but this fixed that. Happy with the purchase.

Overall I'm happy with the purchase. As mentioned by others, the setup process can be a little frustrating. I had to factory reset the device twice and make a third, clean attempt at installation for it to finally sync properly with my Nighthawk router. It also took a few days for the router and extender to stabilize their connection and share responsibility for our 25 smart home and other connected devices. Before it stabilized, the extender was plagued by inconsistent signal speeds even though we have a gig cable plan. In summary, the extender is working great with our network at this time but patience is required at installation and possibly during the first few days of use if you have several wifi devices.

This device did exactly what I needed. It boosted my signal, kept the same wifi information so I didn't have to sign into a random wifi-name it all falls under the same as your original router. My previous one would fail and restart all the time interrupting work and streaming. This one hasnt had a single issue since we bought it. IT was a lil steep price wise but absolutely worth it.

Fast setup and results in very strong signal. This replaced another extender from a different manufacturer that lasted less than a year.
