Very easy to set up. My 5G network got extended quite a bit. Very happy with the performance

Son's room was at the limits of the 5 Ghz wifi, and the 2.4 wasn't doing well for gaming. Didn't really feel like retrofitting hardwire LAN, so I bought this. It did what it should do, with no issues.

I did not believe it would work and I thought I would need a few of these through out my house but it worked and I only needed one. I love it. Fast speed and my connection is flawless.

We have a very large home of 4,200 s.f. & over 100' in length. Therefore we suffered with poor quality reception at one end. We have been using the NetGear wall plug type of extenders, but it did not give us reliable services. But the new 'Netgear NIghtHawk' has proven to be an excellent investment, we are totally pleased and at an affordable price. Plugged it into my extended ethernet cable from my centrally located modem and witnessed much better and more reliable reception, which is good for our virtural classroom sessions and zoom meetings providing much faster streaming etc. Everything we had hoped for.

Definitely boosts the signal significantly. Only wish it had slightly more range as it will occasionally disconnect from my main network. Other than that it’s been super smooth and much better than running a cable through the entire house.

Extender is excellent. Able to go outside at still get coverage. Great to extend security system on Wi-Fi vs. mobile connection.

I actually love this piece of equipment. I installed it in a rent house behind my house which is close to 120 feet away from my house and inside it receives great reception from my modem. Phones get 3 bars and I’m able to run a smart tv w internet from it. Very surprised about how fast it is too. Saved me $ from installing a separate internet service.

So easy to set up that it was up and running in a matter of minutes. Love that it has same internet name as my hone network so I do not have to connect and reconnect. When I work from home I now have the freedom to go outside and work if I want while having a reliable connection.

Works as advertised. Bought it to get a better signal so that the TV would stop buffering.

Paired with the NETGEAR WiFi 6 router. Works great. Had issues with the Extender and the cable company router. NETGEAR tech help was helpful. Added the NETGEAR router to the cable company supplied router. Their WiFi part of the router was not compatible. Spent an extra $150 for the NETGEAR router and have an awesome network now. Both the extender and router are WiFi 6 technology.

The netgear WiFi extender was easy to setup it took me less then 5 minutes to setup it up on the netgear nighthawk app

I purchased this extender to connect my wireless cameras in my garage, which is approx. 200' from my router. I've only had it connected for a couple of hours but I am showing a full connection, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I was able to easily install the extender in minutes after downloading the app. Look online for guides on where to place the extender in your house in relation to your existing WIFI router. Once I got it in the right spot I had great reception throughout my house and even out in my yard. We can actually stream movies on our patio now where we used to barely have one bar. Great buy!
