This NETGEAR range extender is one of the best I have purchased over the years. My Fiber Modem and NETGEAR router are upstairs, with the range extender downstairs and it works as advertised - Great product!

I bought this for use with an arris wifi modem. After being on the phone with tech support it was discovered that this unit Incompatible with the modem. I didn't return it because I have another setup at a different location where I have a nighthawk wifi router. It works but I can't seem to get a solid connection [amber light indicates a weak connection] with the router despite following the directions multiple times.

I had a older Wi-Fi extender that worked, but it would cut out occasionally. I've had this one for three months so far, and it doesn't cut out and extends my current signal much better than my previous.

This item was helpful especially when there was an outage. It maintain the quality of speed needed especially when being rebooted.

I live in a very rural area where Internet is a problem. This is help me get a better signal for my security cameras totally worth it.

Did a little research and asked a few of the employees at the store prior to purchase. We cut our cable last year some time and the streaming was adequate and we never really noticed a big difference until we recently rearranged the furniture and moved the TV a few feet further from the router. We started having time outs and other poor signal issues. I purchased this Netgear AX1800 WIFI extender and hooked it up to the TV. I downloaded the application to my phone and did the setup using my cell phone. We noticed instantly that not only did it clear up any time out or streaming issues the quality of the picture and the color was great. Not only that this product will handle an upgraded router if we do that in the future. Great purchase.

This thing works like a charm! It has extended by wifi coverage well over a football field length. Easy set up, and I like that it has the same SSID as your existing wifi. Buy it, you will not be disappointed!

This Wi-Fi extender is great, I use this in the garage as a mesh system to the house and we have Wi-Fi everywhere, very happy

I’ve purchased other extenders and have had to return them because they didn’t work as anticipated. This one actually extends out the existing wireless network. Another good feature is that it can also be used as an access point if you choose to want to set it up that way. Simple setup.

Sweet and simple set up and yes apps does the work thoroughly relaxing. At the end. It was quite quick fix up after overlooked process that wasn’t included instructions was WPS connection. Afterwards, enjoying watching films in my backyard smoothly.

This is such a great product. Easy to set up and it works very well.

I bought this for the detached garage. This item will be part of Asus rounter and exciting Asus wifi extender. I already got enough signal for garage cameras but not strong enough to software update for Tesla. Netgear worked very well with Asus rounter, and now I have a much better wifi signal in the garage. This product does not work in the first place. This product is not plug and play, and no instructions are included. The Netgear app is kind of useless but provides tech support phone numbers inside the box. I called them and took about fifteen minutes to fix all the problems. Superb tech support I have ever talked. I love one wifi name feature and desktop style, not plug in.

Easy to install and setup, connected my TV to the extender which is out of range of internet usage normally. Happy with this purchase so far.

Good Extender does great job.easy setup and wide coverage

Ran a cat6 cable to my shop from the house and this netgear wifi mesh range extender does exactly what it is advertised to do. Now i have wifi in my shop

e xtender works fine but software for setup was touch and go, my phone a pixel xl3.got it all setup,was able to see speeds up and down and got out of setup.went to check download speed later and software could not find extender.I finally a few days later got it to find extnder but like first time it works great then can't find extender.it stinks big time.extender do work though.

Wi-Fi was not reaching doorbell and security cameras on one side of the house. This fixed that problem and also stopped occasional reloading while streaming tv. Easy to set up.

It was very easy to install. I have lath and plaster walls so this has enabled me to watch Netflix and other shows and use my wi-fi, etc. An inexpensive solution!

We had dead spots upstairs leading to dropped zooms and lost school work due to poor WiFi. Set up was so easy I was certain I was missing steps, nope, just super simple. Love the fact that you can stay on one WiFi channel throughout the house, 4 bars of WiFi everywhere!!!
