(The yard part is important to me.) Set up was a breeze thanks to a smartly designed app.

Just Okay

It is located only a single floor from my router, so perhaps that is the root cause as to why it's not working as well as it could (too close?). Although my connection to the extender is usually strong, my wifi speeds when connected to it seem to crawl.
