Mork work than worth

Then some devices were kicked off my wifi, one week ok - then blocked again. It was an alexa, a phone, the tv- so it definitely wasnt the devices. Unplugged it (after replacing everything else) and - BOOM all devices work again, go figure. WASTE OF MONEY! Only wish i could return, but it is outside of that time frame now that I know the issue and problem.

Zero competition from cable (internet) companies, had to go with COX. Their top of the line, all house, never drop system...lacks. Their own overpriced extenders are backordered for 6 months. Took some research, but Total Tech helped me locate this add on. Plug and Play. No adjustments, settings to change, etc. Thank you.

Netgear Mesh

WiFi blocker is a better name for this product

The only fix would be disconnect the Mesh Extender and the device connects with no issue, which seems counter-productive to what NETGEAR claims this device does. The device is unplugged now and all devices connect fine and of course it stops working outside the return window. Hopefully BestBuy or NETGEAR make good on this apparent defective product.

Dont waste your money

Netgear doesnt want to provide me with online technical support and they force theyre customers to spend $100 for technical support. Netgear you have lost my business. They clearly dont care about theyre loyal customers. If i can give it no stars i would.
