Wrong product for our house

Best Buy refunded it and recommended a home consultation which directed us to products that better suited our needs. If you’re not sure, I recommend asking their experts first

Disappointment!!

While setting it up first time, it kick me out of the sign up, and ever since then I have not been able to detect the router, nor change the log ins, it keeps saying account not found.... for this price - not worth it.

Netgarbage

It see a my SSID but will not connect, I took it back after about 4 hrs trying to fix it.

Within Range
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Product was set up in a single story 1600sf home on a 1/3 of an acre. The set up was rather simple. Just unbox and download the nighthawk app and follow instructions on screen. I already had a Netgear Router and Modem so the app was already downloaded and easy to sync. I am not sure of how well it connects to other brand of routers but for my experience it connected right up. The way our home is set up the router is set on the west side of the house so I have spotty reception on the east side where the garage/drive and part of my back yard are. I would usually have to turn off my wifi and just use my cell service to stream videos, music or whatever if I'm in the garage working on anything or outside mowing. I have had the range extender for about a week now and its currently around 105 mbps up and 35mbps down compared to my router ranging from 200-450 mbps up and 38 down. This would be well suited and recommended for any one in a large home where the router isn't centrally located in the house. As far as the price it isn't terrible if you are on a limited data cap and would rather use your wifi instead of cell service.

Go with something else

The issue got worse when i did the firmware update. I also noticed the range shortened considerably after the update.

Worked but changing ecosystems
