Fantastic. I needed a new modem solely because I upgraded my internet package, my last one was just fine. But this was easy to set up and makes me extremely happy with the upgrade.

Fast. Easy to install. Much better looking than the CM1000 I had prior.

This Cable modem seems to be running with a very good performance and not really having to reboot the modem like the experiences of had with other modems in the past. It’s a bit pricey but if you need something it’s great performance, reliability and has many devices that utilizes the Internet this is a model for you.

Had router for 3 months and had amazing results! It’s speed capability is acutely listed and I believe the internet plan I have is not even using it to it’s potential. It runs a little warm which is why only 4 of 5, that usually degrade the product faster for a shorter life span. I will have to see how long it lasts.

Replaced CM1000. The increase in speed with this CM2000 was noticeable. BestBuy's trade in program was the reason I did it, though. Did not think I would notice the difference. Surprise!

Do you hate paying the likes of Comcast rental fees for modems? Do you have > 1 Gbps internet speed? Are you comfortable connecting an ethernet cable to a router? Yes? Good! Buy this. :-)

Definitely an upgrade over the modem Spectrum gives you for free. Ive never had a connection issue to date. Definitely worth the cash to future proof your internet connection as providers increase their available connection speeds.

I wanted to move away from the cable companies modem/wi-fi router because of lack of security. This modem is supported by Optimum. It was expensive, but it works well. It feeds a Nighthawk wi-fi router, which feeds a nighthawk wi-fi extender. My network is safe, has good range and it is fast.

Works very well with Cox internet. No issues to setup, besides calling Cox and give them the MAC. Have not need the issue to restart it as it has not been an time to restart it besides power being out.

I purchased this with the NETGEAR - AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 Router because I didn't want to rent from Comcast. Set up was easy for me to do on my own and it's been working very smoothly supporting my phone, laptop, gaming console, and my security cam. I've had this for nearly 3 months now. I like the design as well.

I BOUGHT THE NETGEAR CM 2000 AS AN UPGRADE FOR MY CM 1000 MODEM, IT HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY SINCE THE VERY FIRST DAY, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FIR ANYONE WANTING TO UPGRADE FOR MORE INTERNET SPEED AND DEPENDABILITY!!

It's great, but you're going to want to buy a high end netgear router to go with it or you're wasting your money. I connected it to a linksys velop mesh and the speeds were about half of my xfinity plan was. I exchanged this for a nighthawk router/modem combo. Now my speeds are sometimes over my xfinity plan.

So far has been giving good performances so far I have had it for a 7 month already and it’s amazing for gaming and doing whatever the family is doing.

Modem has been flawless with xfinity 1GB cable service. Nice that it has 2.5GB LAN connectivity for avoiding future bottlenecks on the LAN uplink side. Compared to several ARRIS models this modem has been a dream. Plug it in, provision, and forget about it.

I needed a new modem after mine died so after reading other reviews I purchased this one. The set up was easy even though I had some issues. But the issues turned out to be the fault of my provider. This one looks as good as it performs.

Bought this for our future home that is going to be a smart home and will require faster speed and will require more channels for all my WIFI products. I am using this in a temp rental with only minimum(150MBPS) and I am still getting faster download speed. Can't wait to see what it does with the faster higher speeds.

This modem is a beast. As of right now I only have a 400 down service with Spectrum but bought this in anticipation of upgrading to gig. Right off the bat I started getting close to 500 down and close to 30 up. Although this modem was made for gig service, it will improve all speeds from your ISP.

Easy setup and getting good performance. Love it !!!!
