Fast. Easy to install. Much better looking than the CM1000 I had prior.

Replaced CM1000. The increase in speed with this CM2000 was noticeable. BestBuy's trade in program was the reason I did it, though. Did not think I would notice the difference. Surprise!

Product was very easy to install and the internet speed is great.

This Cable modem seems to be running with a very good performance and not really having to reboot the modem like the experiences of had with other modems in the past. It’s a bit pricey but if you need something it’s great performance, reliability and has many devices that utilizes the Internet this is a model for you.

Definitely an upgrade over the modem Spectrum gives you for free. Ive never had a connection issue to date. Definitely worth the cash to future proof your internet connection as providers increase their available connection speeds.

Works very well with Cox internet. No issues to setup, besides calling Cox and give them the MAC. Have not need the issue to restart it as it has not been an time to restart it besides power being out.

I wanted to move away from the cable companies modem/wi-fi router because of lack of security. This modem is supported by Optimum. It was expensive, but it works well. It feeds a Nighthawk wi-fi router, which feeds a nighthawk wi-fi extender. My network is safe, has good range and it is fast.

I needed a new modem after mine died so after reading other reviews I purchased this one. The set up was easy even though I had some issues. But the issues turned out to be the fault of my provider. This one looks as good as it performs.

I purchased this with the NETGEAR - AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 Router because I didn't want to rent from Comcast. Set up was easy for me to do on my own and it's been working very smoothly supporting my phone, laptop, gaming console, and my security cam. I've had this for nearly 3 months now. I like the design as well.

It's great, but you're going to want to buy a high end netgear router to go with it or you're wasting your money. I connected it to a linksys velop mesh and the speeds were about half of my xfinity plan was. I exchanged this for a nighthawk router/modem combo. Now my speeds are sometimes over my xfinity plan.

Modem has been flawless with xfinity 1GB cable service. Nice that it has 2.5GB LAN connectivity for avoiding future bottlenecks on the LAN uplink side. Compared to several ARRIS models this modem has been a dream. Plug it in, provision, and forget about it.

I've been using Netgear Networking products for 20 years. Very good Modem. I'm streaming 2.3 Gbs from my ISP. So far, no Issues and it been consistent.

Great modem seems to provide greater throughput and more stable connection than my Arris modems ever did.
