Great replacement if you're using your standard modem provided to you by your isp as you get a better system and you have access to options to change settings to your liking.

This has worked well since purchased 2 months ago.

My internet speed soared with this, I used to have a crappy modern that provided me with really low internet even when I had a good plan, this thing made an incredible improvement to my internet experience

I've been reading the 1 star reviews and sounds similar to my issue and I'm quite surprised the modem still is rated at 4.5 stars. 6 days after the year warranty is up (purchased on 10/27/2021) all the lights are flashing/blinking. I followed the protocol: unplug, wait, plug, reset, wait reconnect. All amounted to nothing. I called NetGear customer support. They confirmed it is a hardware problem. Even if I entered into a paid contract for NetGear support, it would not help with hardware issues. Heed this warning please. Regardless, I paid $249.99 less taxes for this product with the understanding it was going to last. And it has failed my expectations. Now, if I bought a modem at $80 and it lasted a year, then I'd think, "you get what you paid for." But this was $250 dollars. Regardless of the industry standard of 1 year warranty, I'd expect it to last much longer based on price = quality. If I'm mistaken, then the company's mission should be reviewed. I do not think this is a customer issue, but a NetGear issue. They have such a great reputation. It's disgusting and disappointing that they have not addressed this issue to all who have encountered this problem. I've escalated this issue and hope they do the right thing.

My home runs on internet, multiple game and tv devices. No problems at all

This modem rocks! Have had the CM1000 for a few years now and decided to upgrade. The CM1000 would run a little too hot for my liking, thankful that it is well ventilated and now sits as my backup to this modem which emits a little heat but nowhere near as much as the CM1000 nor as much as an Arris modem that ran hotter than the CM1000 but gave me nothing but problems with my internet provider. I traded in the Arris for this modem and am glad I did!

I can’t. Say it has the best specs, but it’s extremely reliable. It will suit most people’s needs. So far it seems like a quality product.

I needed to upgrade and I am happy to have gotten this night hawk. Set up was easy and the speed is excellent!

Very easy to set up and a huge improvement over the Xfinity modem. I had to reset the modem after I hooked everything up. The process took less than 10 minutes.

Great modern for anyone wanting not to rent and has very high internet speed 1200 Mbps or above. Extremely good companion with Netgear Orbi Wifi mesh or Orbi Wifi 6 mesh system.

Superior in every way. Delivers godlike performance to my network. The support agent that provisioned it to activate with my ISP was audibly shocked when he ran a performance test by how fast the cm2000 was.

Purchased same time as NightHawk Router as old modem may have been issue. Never diagnosed to find out but with new Night Hawk Router, no resets in weeks and very happy with purchase.

This has to be the by far the best modem have ever own, i have spectrum Gig and believe me it blows the arris modem out of the water, i am getting 1.2gb of internet but with the arris modem i was getting 800-950

And upgrade to my old one. Seems to have made an improvement in speeds

Got this because the Suddenlink modem I have was no longer on the approved list and couldn't properly handle the 1Gb circuit I have. I have had it for about 2 weeks and no issues so far.

works great, easy setup, no problem activating with internet service. would be nice to have two ethernet reports. expensive for a modem.
