    Blazing fast internet when you are forced to use Xfinity. Don't pay for them to control and share your device. But your own.

    I have Cox gigablast and I've seen this modem go above the advertised speeds occasionally. Better for today, and future-proof(ish)? Sounds good to me.

    14 months after purchase and installation. Many of the indicators on the unit have failed which makes troubleshooting difficult. The unit still seems to be functioning.

    If you have a cable/RF based internet provider this is an excellent and very straight forward device. Worked great for a 400 mb/s Spectrum connection.

    Work from home has destroyed 4 panoramic modems in under a year. If you have Gigbit+ internet without this modem then you don’t have Gigabit+ internet.

    While it works great, the design is horrible. Who wants an ugly (yes, it is) cable modem sitting on their desk? If a user has a "server closet", to hide the network equipment, this won't hang on a wall or fit a rack mount shelf. At this price, Netgear can do better than this.

    Used this item to replace Xfinity gateway. I use it in combination with a Nighthawk router. Works very well. Had all sorts of network compatibility problems with Xfinity. Now network works like a charm. Very pleased.
